Each bite is crispy and golden on the outside, crunchy, chewy, melty and chocolate-y on the inside! But how can it be all of those? Because it’s packed with buttery crunchy golden cornflakes, scattered with soft pillowy vanilla marshmallows and has a double helping of milk chocolate and dark chocolate Belgium chocolate chips. Need I say more?!

To embrace the ooey x gooey New York cookie at its best, pop your cookie(s) in the oven at 180C for 5 minutes until warm and squidgy. Or if you have excellent self control and want to save them for later, either store them in an air tight container for up to 3 days or freeze your cookies for optimal freshness and flavour and re-heat from frozen at 180C for 5-10 minutes.
